Electric Cars Vs. Gas Car

In My Opinion I love Tesla From the creator to the car itself i just love them not only are they eco friendly and Cool in general they are really fast especially compared to gas cars. Gas cars are so old fashioned and they are terrible for the environment but people started making electric cars which make the world a better place and there trying to fix it but there expensive because so much tech it costs a lot. Gas cars in my opinion are a thing of the past we need to move on electric for our environment and that’s it Gas cars suck and we need to all innovate for our generations and hopefully this change makes and saves us from our doom that is to come. My Opinion is we need to change what were doing Electric cars are more efficient more practical more allowed and fuel saving since the fuel is electric this makes it easy and not switching is just stupid and people need to grow up and switch so we can live out our world and hopefully fix it before we die this is getting off topic but In General Electric cars are better.

In the Article electric cars vs. gas cars it states some differences and why you should buy one “A 2018 study from the University of Michigan’s Transportation Research Institute found that electric vehicles cost less than half as much to operate as gas-powered cars. The average cost to operate an EV in the United States is $485 per year, while the average for a gasoline-powered vehicle is $1,117.” also Depending on your vehicle’s fuel efficiency rating, the money you spend to fill up your gas tank will translate to varying travel ranges. “Fuel-efficient” conventional cars are designed to maximize their miles per gallon (mpg) rating, thus costing the least amount of money per mile travelled. A car rated at 30 mpg will cost less money in fuel over time than a car rated at 20 mpg these are just some differences that electric cars have against gas cars. In my reflection i say use electric cars there better which i truly believe In another article Blog nature org it states “Not surprisingly, there is a large range of CO2 emission during the manufacturing of lithium batteries, especially as improvements in batteries and their fabrication are occurring almost daily. Production- related emissions range from 38 to 356 kg CO2 per kW-hour of battery capacity. For an electric vehicle with a 30 kW-hr battery pack, this can be equivalent to 4.6 tons of CO2 just for the production of its batteries. Various studies indicate that the energy used to build the power-train of an electric vehicle is greater, perhaps as much as 30%, than that used to build the internal combustion engine for a gasoline or diesel vehicle.” As this is a blog this is someones opinion but i believe it because it makes good points and from this other opinion they chose Electric Most people wanna get the newest things but some people like to stick to the old and hold us down. In another Article cleantechnica One of the other common assertions we hear all the time from the anti-EV crowd is that electric cars are no more efficient than cars powered by internal combustion engines. Let’s take a closer look at that claim. According to the US Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, “EVs convert about 59%–62% of the electrical energy from the grid to power at the wheels. Conventional gasoline vehicles only convert about 17%–21% of the energy stored in gasoline to power at the wheels.” This information should have persuaded you or whoever’s reading this to buy a electric car because someone has to change and if now one else it doing it you should because you are the start of the world and you can change it by yourself and again in my opinion electric cars are better than gas cars and we need to switch immediately and we can fix this all together and when we work we can do this Again Gas Cars suck Electric cars Rule and will always.

Drinking and driving

Image result for drinking and driving

My Opinion On drunk driving are as such It is dangerous and should be accompanied by more harsh punishment because it’s so easy to kill someone when your drunk and it’s not fair it is the person’s fault for being so irresponsible that they should even have a chance at death maybe then people will take it serious maybe then we will have less deaths or maybe they should just make alcohol illegal to prevent it all together and we would probably make the world a better place because it is able to be consumed and in my opinion we need to fix it fast so we can strive as a community and as a society.Alcohol is one of many dangerous substances that effects our bodies. The effects of this drug can be very harmful. Alcohol is a potent non-prescription drug sold to anyone over the national legal drinking age, 21. Unlike other deadly drugs it is easy to access. This makes it easy to over-consume and create a tragic accident, even death. It can damage a person not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. And this is why it should be outlawed and made disappear forever that’s it.

Drinking while driving possibly one of the worst combinations you can do while driving. Since 1989, the first TAC anti drinking and driving ad was shown to people who were in jail for DUI or any other related act. The video showed very dangerous events of people driving under the influence driving into a cars, walls, people, etc. According to “5 Most Impactful Anti-Drunk Driving Ads From Around The World” it says ” According to researchers, fear-based ads related to anti-drunk driving campaigns are only effective with certain sections of New Zealand’s population. The researchers wrote: The campaign aims to change attitudes towards dangerous driving by focusing on the devastating consequences of this behavior; thus, using the emotion of fear to achieve the campaign’s objectives.” This piece of text shows the though process that anti-drunk driving ads use to create their ads. According to “5 Most Impactful Anti-Drunk Driving Ads From Around The World” it says ” According to researchers, fear-based ads related to anti-drunk driving campaigns. This is how they attempt to stop drinking and driving but it just doesn’t work on average according to this article these are some statistics

  • Every day, 28 people die as a result of drunk driving crashes on average.2
  • In 2010, 10,228 people died in drunk driving crashes – one every 52 minutes – and 345,000 were injured.2
  • In 2010, people killed in alcohol-impaired driving crashes accounted for nearly one-third (31%) of all traffic-related deaths.2
  • An average, a convicted drunk driver has driven drunk 80 times before his or her first arrest.3
  • Drivers with a BAC of 0.08% or higher who were involved in fatal crashes were four times more likely to have a prior conviction for DUI than were drivers with no alcohol in their system.3
  • In 2010, 31% of all drivers involved in fatal crashes on weekends were alcohol-impaired, compared to 16% during weekdays.2

This is terrible statistics for us as humans making around 31% in 2010 these are quite old but that is only on the rise and it’s terrible. according to this article this piece of evidence shows that alcohol severely affects your bodies’ senses which you completely rely on for doing any type of activity. Drinking affects the most important senses of your body, concentration, reactions and decision making. If you slowly lose concentration you can slowly be driving into a wall or another unsuspecting driver resulting in a disaster. If your vision is also deteriorating you can possibly run a red light or a stop sign and can possibly cause a disaster. this just shows you how terrible drinking and driving is and why Alcohol should be rendered illegal

How Are Black Holes Created?

Dramatic Representation of a black hole

Black Holes are crazy In my opinion there are a hole is space where light gets sucked in and dose’t come out think about how strong something has to be to bend light into and trap it in there forever with no escape. We recently got ahold of a actual picture of a black hole and it is un imaginary the fact that we have only just received a picture of this unstoppable force we all know the story’s of black holes form movies or like the picture above thats what we thought they look like but now we actually know The Picture below is what a real life black hole looks like take a comparison too what we though and what we know this show you how much we don’t know about things off of earth especially black holes since there you know invisible. Another Thing That is fascinating is what happens when if you enter a black hole they are just a question in my Opinion I feel Like Black holes are Created By the death Of a star but I don’t know for sure and it will take a long time for us to figure it out.

The first picture of a black hole was made using observations of the center of galaxy M87 taken by the Event Horizon Telescope. The image shows a bright ring formed as light bends in the intense gravity around a black hole 6.5 billion times the Sun’s mass.

Research: https://science.nasa.gov/astrophysics/focus-areas/black-holes

In a universe there are elements that make up a galaxy and those elements include planets stars comets and for some black holes. But what are black holes, black holes are holes in space that contain a intense amount of gravity that no physical or non- physical object can escape it not even light can. But big question in the scientific community is How do they form, why do the form, the biggest is what happens when you enter a black hole mainly i’m focusing on how a black hole is created. According to this article from Nasa Think of a star ten times more massive than the Sun squeezed into a sphere approximately the diameter of New York City. The result is a gravitational field so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape. In recent years, NASA instruments have painted a new picture of these strange objects that are, to many, the most fascinating objects in space. this further explains about black holes scary right according to the same article Most black holes form from the remnants of a large star that dies in a supernova explosion. this happens to stars that are huge and weigh more then they can for there size they explode in as scientists describe the most beautiful way ever as it stands a star collapses on itself because of the gravity of itself. According to the article black holes are formed ” n the normal life of a star there is a constant tug of war between gravity pulling in and pressure pushing out. Nuclear reactions in the core of the star produce enough energy and pressure to push outward. For most of a star’s life, gravity and pressure balance each other exactly, and so the star is stable. However, when a star runs out of nuclear fuel, gravity gets the upper hand and the material in the core is compressed even further. The more massive the core of the star, the greater the force of gravity that compresses the material, collapsing it under its own weight. ” which is the only way it forms and this last site Says the Same thing. Our start will not turn in to a black hole because Only stars with very large masses can become black holes. Our Sun, for example, is not massive enough to become a black hole. Four billion years from now when the Sun runs out of the available nuclear fuel in its core, our Sun will die a quiet death. Stars of this type end their history as white dwarf stars. More massive stars, such as those with masses of over 20 times our Sun’s mass, may explode as supernovae and eventually create a black hole. according to this article on black holes. and that’s all the information we have on these thing in space that possibly threatens us and our life on earth. These are how black holes are created and some information on what they do in our galaxy

A Starting Topic Should the State Control The internet

“Internet? It certainly wasn’t heavy-handed government regulation. Quite to the contrary: At the dawn of the commercial Internet, President Clinton and a Republican Congress agreed that it would be the policy of the United States” Said By The FCC Chairman Ajit Pai

In the coming years the internet Will be Apart of everything we do weather it’s using the bathroom or going out to eat the internet will be there to guide us and help us but imagine searching through the internet and everything you search is Recorded. Crazy Right Well that might just happen a thing Called Net Neutrality which was a bill passed when Obama was in cabinet this bill allowed user’s of the internet to have right be protected and keep the government form saving our data but recently it’s been challenged By the FCC they want to repeal this bill and when they do charge us for it And Have Control of our internet! In my opinion the internet should stay a safe space and not have corporate and government input put in it it should be for us the people, The government should keep an eye out for potential risks of Terrorism and law breaking but thats it Not Control the fact that this has passed in the united states is shameful and shows how corporate can get more say then the people there were protests about this in every city Surly you should reconsider that decision.

At the start of a meeting to decide the issue of net neutrality, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler (center) holds hands with FCC Commissioners Mignon Clyburn (left) and Jessica Rosenworcel at the FCC headquarters Thursday.

Let’s Learn A little about net neutrality

In the Streets Article about net neutrality it takes it into a simple form saying net neutrality is the principle that an internet service provider (ISP) has to provide access to all sites, content and applications at the same speed, under the same conditions without blocking or preferencing any content. Under net neutrality whether you connect to Netflix , Hulu, TheStreet or a friend’s random blog, your ISP has to treat them all the same. In other words Controlling the speed of your internet and controlling what you can see or have access to on the internet this is net neutrality and no one wants it taken away no one wants to be limited on a limitless space were some people come to stay and get away from life. In the same article it keeps speaking about the problem at hand Why does net neutrality matter? to us or the FCC Net neutrality matters Without net neutrality, individual ISPs can provide higher connection speeds to certain websites or throttle access to others. At the most extreme, an ISP could block access to some material altogether. Comcast, for example, owns NBC. Net neutrality is the reason why it can’t block access to competitors like CBS and ABC or double the speed of videos from NBC.com in an effort to drive viewers. Or take a more common example: the famous death of Myspace. When Mark Zuckerberg launched Facebook he had a startup website against one wealthy and established. Net neutrality meant that every ISP had to connect users to both equally, giving Facebook an equal opportunity to compete and succeed. And this is very unfair that they would even think about repealing this act. In another Article it mentions pros and cons of net neutrality. These are some pros of neutrality 1. it protects innovation, 2.Illegal activities are monitored 3. It Provides anyone with freedom of expression some Cons of net neutrality are 1.Questionable Content 2.Problems that are there are overlooked 3. Company’s assign priorities I Wont Go into these if you want to learn more you can go to the site. The last Article explains how this repeal affects me or you he original rules laid out a regulatory plan that addressed a rapidly changing internet. Under those regulations, broadband service was considered a utility under Title II of the Communications Act, giving the F.C.C. broad power over internet providers. The rules prohibited these practices:BLOCKING Internet service providers could not discriminate against any lawful content by blocking websites or apps, PAID PRIORITIZATION Service providers could not create an internet fast lane for companies and consumers who paid premiums, and a slow lane for those who didn’t. In my opinion net neutrality needs to stay how it is a repeal could cause massive outbreak when they start implementing harsh tactics are start limiting our internet which is harmful for lots of people who don’t make enough money or need the internet for work paying more is stupid and a invasion of rights.

Net Neutrality is Officially Repealed The Effects Will Begin 2019-2020
